Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of Balanced View, including balancedview.tech, the customer portal at pod.balancedview.tech, driver alerts and daily reports (together, the "service"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you agree for that company.

The service

Balanced View automatically checks proof-of-delivery photos, alerts drivers about deliveries that need attention, and provides reports and a portal to our customers. Any separate written agreement between Balanced View and a customer takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Automated checks

Our checks are automated and can be wrong. A result of Failed or Needs Review is a prompt for a closer look, not a final judgment about a driver or a delivery. Customers are responsible for their own decisions about drivers and deliveries, and should review photos before taking action.

Accounts and access

• Portal access is given to people a customer approves. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• Use the service only for your own company's deliveries and drivers.
• Do not try to access other customers' data, interfere with the service, or copy, reverse engineer or resell it.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for having the right to share their delivery and driver information with us, and for telling their drivers that their deliveries are checked and that they may receive alerts.

Your data

Customers own their delivery data. We use it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We may improve or change the service and these terms; if we change the terms, we will update the date above.

Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Balanced View is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk.
